PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR FROM ISLAMIC PERSPECTIVE (OCBIP)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on OCBIP and the influence of compensation ob OCBIP. The object of this research is the employees of BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta company. This research in an associative quantative research. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 40 respondents, but the return of questionnaire only 36. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16 aplication. The result show that : 1) Organizational culture affects OCBIP with significance value of 0.000. 2) Compensation has no effect on OCBIP with significance value 0,265.
