      Abstract
A program is a basic commodity sold, so it must be considered by the television media. In realizing a program, of course, required teamwork to implement a production management. RBTV is one of the private networked television station in Yogyakarta area. Based on previous surveys, it can be seen that Leyeh-leyeh's interactive music program is one of the flagship programs owned by RBTV television. Therefore, the issue raised is how the production management program interactive live music program Leyeh-leyeh on RBTV television. The purpose of this research is to know the production program management applied by RBTV with Leyeh-leyeh's superior program covering pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The theoretical framework used is the stages of the production management process of the program consisting of pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The results of this study indicate that the production management implemented by Leyeh-leyeh's interactive music program has not been applied professionally. This can be seen from the pre-production meetings that were only held at the beginning of the program's production, the absence of a contract with the performers, the lack of discipline of the production team, the minimal amount of Human Resources Development (HRD), the double program production crew, a rare evaluation.
