| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh corporate social
responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan, pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai
perusahaan, dan pengaruh corporate governance terhadap nilai perusahaan.
Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh sampel 42
perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2014-2016
dan data yang diolah sebanyak 108 perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk
menganalisis data adalah metode regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan
SPSS 16. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa corporate social
responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan
profitabilitas dan corporate governance berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai

| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate social
responsibility to the firm value, the impact of profitability to the firm value, and
the impact of corporate governance to the firm value. Using purposive sampling
method obtained samples 42 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)
in the period of 2014 to 2016 and data processed as many as 108 companies. The
method used to data analyze is multiple linear regression using SPSS 16. The
result of this research showed that corporate social responsibility has no impact
to the firm value. Whereas profitability and corporate governance has impact to
