PERAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DALAM MEMEDIASI PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (OCB)
Abstract
The aim 0f this study is to analyze how big job satisfaction’s role and
organizational commitment in mediating organizational culture on organizational
citizenship behavior survey on PT. Mataram Tunggal Garment’s employee. Subjects
this study is employee, especially in the office.
The number of respondents which used in this study were 315 respondents. The
type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques using survey
techniques with questionnairs. Data analyze in this research using SEM (Structure
Equation Modeling) which operated with program AMOS 22.0.
The results that organizational culture has a positive effect on job satisfaction,
job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior,
organizational culture have a positive effect on organizational commitment,
organizational commitment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship
behavior, and job satisfaction has a positive effect to organizational commitment.
