      Abstract
This research aims to evaluate Mubalig Hijrah Program at Madrasah Mu’allimin in 2017, observed from the perspective of context, input, process, and product. This is an evaluative ex post facto research using mix method approach. The program evaluation model used is CIPP from Stuffelbeam. The subjects of this research were the Head of Mubalig Hijrah 2017 committee, 1 member of Regional Muhammadiyah board, 1 staff of recruitment and Mu’allimin alumnus, and 50 participants of Mubalig Hijrah as the sample. The technique of data collection was carried out using interview, documentation and questionnaire. The technique for analysing qualitative data used Miles and Huberman theory, then the quantitative data was analysed using descriptive statistics formula to find out the success of the program. The research results reveal that (1) On the context stage, it has been effective, by providing purpose and background for conducting the program that is arranged well by the committee. (2) On the input stage, especially participants recruitment, the selection is not fair. Because even the students who do not fulfill the criteria are still allowed by the committee to participate. (3) Aspects of the process are running as planned. Activity begins with the subsequent tracking and distribution of the participants by the mentors and the last withdrawal. The Mubalig Hijrah program lasts twenty-one days. (4)Product aspect in achievement that is not too good. By looking at the performance of Mubalig Hijrah participants, 55% of programs are not matching goals and only 45% are appropriate.
