      Abstract
This study aims to reveal the professional demands, prosperity demands and level of stress among teachers. Furthermore, it seeks to reveal the effect the professional demands on the level of stress among female teachers and the effect of prosperity demands on the level of stress among female teachers as well as the effect of the two variables on the level of stress among female teachers. This study is a quantitative research which uses non-probability sampling as its sampling technique. Data is collected using Gultman scale-model questionnaire to assess professionality as well as prosperity, while a Likert-scale questionnaire is used to assess the level of stress. The collected data is analysed descriptively using double linear regression with classic assumption test including normality test, multikolinear test, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity test, as well as t and f test. The result of this study shows that both the level of professional demands and prosperity demands among female teachers are high at 65% and 60% respectively. Meanwhile, the level of stress among female teachers is very low at 35%. The results of hypothesis test are; 1) there is no significant effect of professional demands on the level of stress among the female teachers, this is indicated by the value of t-score that is 0,294 < t-table value that is 2,10982 and significance value at 0,772> 0,05. (2) there is no effect of prosperity on the level of stress among female teachers as indicated by the value of t-score at -0,579 < t-table 2,10982 and significance value at 0,570 > 0,05. (3) both the variables combined do not have effect on the level of stress among female teachers as indicated by the result of F-test, where f-score (0,168) is less than f-table (3,59)
