FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN DISMENORE PADA WANITA USIA SUBUR DI DESA NGESTIHARJO DUSUN SUMBERAN YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Women of fertile age are at risk for dysmenorrhea because symptoms of dysmenorrhea can be experienced by every women who is still menstruating. Dysmenorrhea is less common in married individuals who have given birth to children or take birth control pills. Other factors such as age and use of contraception. This study aims to determine the relationship between age, marital status, parity and type of contraception with dysmenorrhea in women of fertile age in Ngestiharjo Sumberan Yogyakarta. This research is a kind of quantitative research with correlation design. The design of this study used a cross-sectional approach. Sampling method used is accidental sampling as much as 124 respondents have met the criteria of inclusion and exclusion. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of a dismenore questionnaire, marital status, parity, and type of contraception. The correlation test used to determine the relationship of dysmenorrhea with age, marital status, parity, and type of contraception using Chi Square correlation test. Based on Chi Square test, p value 0,001 (p <0,05) for age, marital status, parity and contraceptive type with dysmenorrhea, meaning that there is significant between age relationship, marital status, parity and contraception type dysmenorrhea. There is a significant relationship between age, marital status, parity and type of contraception with dysmenorrhea in women of fertile age.
