PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI PRAKTIK – PRAKTIK MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN TERHADAP KINERJA RANTAI PASOKAN DENGAN KEUNGGULAN KOMPETITIF SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
This research aims to find out whether there is an effect of implementing solid supply chain management practices on supply chain performance with competitive advantage as a mediating variable. This research was conducted at restaurants in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta with a population of 50 restaurants. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire distributed to restaurant owners in Bantul Regency. The analytical tool in the research was Structural Equating Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS3.
The results of this research indicates that supply chain management practices have a significant positive effect on supply chain performance with P values of 0.024, and show supply chain management practices have a significant positive effect on competitive advantage with P value of 0.000, and competitive advantage has a significant positive effect on supply chain performance with P value of 0.015, this research shows a positive influence on supply chain management practices on supply chain performance mediated by competitive advantage with P value of 0.037.
