EVALUASI SISTEM PROTEKSI PASIF DAN SISTEM PROTEKSI AKTIF PADA BANGUNAN GEDUNG TERHADAP BAHAYA KEBAKARAN

The building must have a reliable fire protection system, because it is very necessary for the safety of the occupants of the building during the evacuation process and gives a warning of the danger of fire. The reliability of fire protection system tools is needed to provide optimal protection in buildings that have great activity in them. This study has the purpose of evaluating the level of reliability of passive protection systems and active protection systems in buildings of F3, Postgraduate, E6 and E7 at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta against fire hazards. The research method used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, by conducting direct observations to the field and interviewing the owner or manager of the building. The results of this study obtained the level of reliability of passive protection systems in buildings F3 (73.63%), Postgraduate (74.76%), E6 (75.23%), E7 (75.23%) and active protection systems in buildings building F3 (85.8%), Postgraduate (94.94%), E6 (94.93%), E7 (94.93%), so that the building of F3, Postgraduate, E6 and E7 at the University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta on the protection system Passively has a level of reliability in the sufficient category and the active protection system has a level of reliability in good categories.
