KORELASI PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN KEAGAMAAN DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MATA PELAJARAN UMUM SISWA KELAS IV E MIN DEMANGAN KOTA MADIUN
Abstract
This research is aimed at: (1) identifying the learning achievement in Religion subject at MIN Demangan of Madiun city academic year 2017/2018 (2) identifying the learning achievement in general subject at MIN Demangan of Madiun city academic year 2017/2018 (3) identifying the correlation between the learning achievement in Religion subject and learning achievement in general subject at MIN Demangan of Madiun city academic year 2017/2018
This research used quantitative approach, with its subject taken from students of class IV E MIN Demangan Madiun. Data were compiled from students’ report card. To identify the correlation, SPSS was used. Data compiled was then being analyzed descriptively.
The result indicated that (1) from the analysis conducted by researcher, learning achievement in religion subject for class IV E at MIN Demangan of Madiun city runs well proven from its average score that is 83,79 which based on report’s scoring standard is categorized into moderately good. (2) from the analysis conducted by researcher, learning achievement in general subject for class IV E at MIN Demangan of Madiun city runs well proven from its average score that is 85,38 which based on report’s scoring standard is categorized into good. (3) There is significant correlation between learning achievement in religion subject and learning achievement in general subject of students class IV E MIN Demangan Madiun or in other word, the improvement of students’ learning achievement in general subject is highly correlated with religion subject for both are taught almost simultaneously in terms of its place and time. This is proven from Pearson Correlation Coefficient which is resulted at 0,698 and ά = 0,000 meaning that there is a strong correlation between the average score of religion subject and general subject.
