IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR RISIKO HIPERTENSI YANG DAPAT DIUBAH PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS PERTANIAN UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Hypertension is defined as a systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure above 90 mmHg occurs persistently. Students have many activities that affect the lifestyle. Bad student lifestyle can be an irreversible hypertension risk factor. The study aims to know description of modified hypertension risk factors in students of the Faculty of Agriculture University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The research design is a quantitative descriptive by pegambilan accidental sampling data with sample of 88 respondents. Data analysis is univariate analysis of frequency distribution. The results of the study were 6.8% obesity, 8% smoking, 0% alcohol consumption, 75% stress, 20.5% coffee consumption, 86.4% for salt diet and 71.6% for sports habit. The majority of respondents have hypertension risk factors that can be changed in sub-variable stress, high consumption of salt foods and exercise habits.
