Adolescence cannot be separated from the occurrence of a change physical , psychological , and social such as unstable and easily affected by the environment. Adolescents in general are also curious and want to try new things such as searching for information about sexuality without the observation of others, resulting in the occurrence of premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. Premarital sexual behavior in adolescents is influenced by several factors, one of which is religious obedience. To determine the relationship between religious obedience with premarital sexual behaviour in adolescents at SMAN Y and MAN Y Yogyakarta. Correlational design of this research used a cross-sectional approach. Sampling was taken is simple random sampling as many as 130 and 140 people. The questionnaire consisted of a religious obedience and premarital sexual behavior questionnaire. The correlation test used to determine the relationship between religious obedience with premarital sexual behaviour using Spearman Rank Test. The result of the research shows that there is a correlation between religious obedience with premarital sexual behavior in adolescent with value of each p value 0,000 for SMAN Y Yogyakarta and p value 0,004 at MAN Y Yogyakarta. There is a relationship between the religious obedience with premarital sexual behaviour in adolescents at SMAN Y Yogyakarta and MAN Y Yogyakarta.
