ANALISIS PERAN GANDA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI KSPPS BMT HIDAYAH UMAT KOTAGEDE
Abstract
This research aims at analyzing the double roles on employee performance
at KSPPS BMT Hidayah Umat Kotagede Yogyakarta as well as to explain the
influencing factors of double roles toward employee’s performance. The type of
this research was descriptive qualitative research using primary data and
secondary data compiled through interview on employees of KSPPS BMT
Hidayah Umat Kotagede in total of 3 respondents, those are manager, teller and
marketing. The sampling technique done in this research was purposive sampling.
The analysis method used was triangulation. The result of the research at KSPPS
BMT Hidayah Umat Kotagede showed that all employees those are manger, teller
and marketing had double roles. The influencing factors that lead to double roles
came from external factor. These external factors were inadequate facility and
infrastructure, the lack of human resources and the lack of director’s
understanding in terms of human resources’ condition at KSPPS BMT Hidayah
Umat Kotagede.
