EVALUASI PERUBAHAN KEWENANGAN PENYELENGGARAAN TERMINAL PENUMPANG ANGKUTAN JALAN PASCA DIBERLAKUKANNYA PM 132 TAHUN 2015 DI TERMINAL TIDAR KOTA MAGELANG
Abstract
The system of regional government administration which is directed to accelerate
the realization of public welfare continues to be carried out by the Indonesian
government, which in its journey must follow the dynamics that develop in the fields
of government and society. Changes and improvements to laws and regulations are
carried out by the Government in order to adjust the dynamics, implementation,
improvement of apparatus performance and quality of public services to the public.
Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014, as the latest regulation in the
implementation of the regional government system in Indonesia, rearranges the
authority of the Central Government, Provincial Government and Regency / City
Government. This study attempts to evaluate government policies that re-regulate
the authority of the government by using a combination of quantitative and
qualitative methods, taking the location of research at the Tidar Terminal in
Magelang City, where there is a change in management authority from the City
Government of Magelang to the Central Government (Ministry of Transportation. It
can be seen that changes in authority and management have a significant influence
on the performance of the apparatus and public services to the public.
