      Abstract
      With massivly growth all over Indonesia will affect settelment become more transform into slump area. One of the major reason is people that chose live in the big city,a loot of building,roads, makes a high potential of puddle in streets, parking loot, and suburban area. To reduce the puddle there a great need to found an innovation to expand the water infiltration area, one of them was no fines concrete. No fines concrete is reduce or not using any fines, so it can pass the water and enviromental friendly for the ecosistem specially in major city area, in this research innovation doing by make an sample of no fines concrete with size 600 mm x 400 mm x 100 mm and added with superplasticizer levels are 0%, 0,5%, 1% and 1,5%. The purpose of this research is to know the value of flexible strength from this concrete. The sample will be tested after 28 days. With the size of hard fines was range 1-2 cm, with the concrete comparisson around 5:1 , beside that addictive subtances type F brand Sika Viscocrete 103 also has been added with the purposse increasing workability with reducing water. Result of this research is supple strength of each sample is SP 0% with the result 1,17 Mpa. And then 0,5% and 1% is 1,06 MPa and 1 MPa and the lowest supple strenght is in sp 1,5% with 0,67 MPa.
