PESAN DAKWAH YANG TERDAPAT DI IKLAN RAMAYANA 2017 EDISI BAHAGIANYA ADALAH BAHAGIAKU (ANALISIS SEMIOTIK TEORI ROLAND BARTHES)
Abstract
Da'wah (preaching) is a call for people to the right path. Preaching in the media can also be done through advertisement shows. Advertising is a form of promotion that is easily recognized because of its high reach power. Of the approximately 6 million viewers on YouTube, the Ramayana 2017 ad that was released in May is potential as a medium to promote products, especially before Idul Fitri. A very inspiring short story presented in the advertising of Ramayana 2017 Bahagianya adalah Bahagiaku edition. The purpose of this study is to find out the meanings of denotation, connotation, and myths found in the Ramayana ad 2017 in the edition: Bahagianya adalah Bahagiaku. Besides, it is conducted to find out its message of da'wah. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses denotation, connotation and myth meaning according to Roland Barthes theory which can be seen from various scenes. The results of the study indicate a message of da'wah in the form of aqidah and moral messages. The aqidah messages related to Islamic shari’as. Whereas the moral messages contained in the advertisement is a commendable behavior that can be applied in everyday life.
