      Abstract
      The use of plastic has expanded to all areas of life. Various products and equipment are produced from plastic materials because they are considered more economical, not easily broken, flexible, lightweight, and have high durability. One of the uses of plastic is on bottled mineral water. Because of the magnitude of the opportunities in this field so as to cause various motivations and creativity. Bottle printing machine using high air pressure (injection blow molding machine) is a machine that has a working principle of printing a bottle preform that has been heated and then put into a mold and then injected with air pressure so that the bottle preform can be formed into a bottle. In the injection blow molding machine there is an injector tools, which have an important role to blow the high pressure air that will enter the bottle preform and make the bottle preform expand according to the mold provided. Material from injector tools using aluminum, because aluminum is easy to form (machining), lightweight, non-toxic, and resistant to corrosion. The holder will use a plate of low carbon steel material because it has relatively soft and weak properties but has extraordinary toughness and ductility. In the process of making injectors will use used aluminum which is then processed in the casting, turning and processing process. While the holder uses a grinding, drilling and welding process. The manufacture of injector tools is expected to produce ever-evolving construction to increase the efficiency value of plastic molding machines and other machines that use injector tools.
