This study aims to analyze the influence of the effect of profitability,liquidity, leverage, and firm size on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. This research uses secondary data with purposive sampling as method of determination sample. This results of this research is 234 company sample. With analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. Based on the analysis that have been made the results are the variable liquidity, leverage, and firm size have significant influence on dividend policy while the profitability variable has no effect on the dividend policy.
