ANALISIS PENGARUH RETURN ON ASSET, NON PERFORMING FINANCING, DANA PIHAK KETIGA, DAN TINGKAT INFLASI TERHADAP PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA
Abstract
Bank as an intermediary institution has two roles, namely as a collector of funds from public institutions and channeling them to the public in the form of financing. This research aims to determine the factors that affect the financing of Musharaka and Mudaraba Sharia Commercial Bank and Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), and Non Performing Financing (NPF), Third Party Funds (DPK), and Inflation Rate against financing Murabahah of Islamic Banking in Indonesia. The object of this research is Islamic Banks and Sharia Business Unit in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data obtained from the website of Bank Indonesia and the Financial Services Authority. Sample data used is Islamic banking statistics monthly report period January 2010 to December 2016. The analytical method used is the analysis of linear regression. The results show that ROA partially positive and significant, NPF negative effect and significant, DPK positive effect dan siginificant, and Inflation Rate negative effect dan significant toward Murabahah financing. It is expected that Islamic Banking can increase the number of DPK, so murabahah funding can increase. In addition, the Islamic Banking are careful to find solutions to reduce NPF. In addition, Islamic banks can increase the ROA and reduce the rate of inflation.
