DISKOMINSTA also manages electronic procurement services, which certainly have various forms of interference. However, the recorded service disruption complaints data are still done manually in bookkeeping. This process makes it difficult for managers to update data and monitor the progress of handling complaints. DISKOMINSTA requires a good application to overcome existing problems. Therefore, the web is made with the PHP programming language, with MySQL databases. Based on the results of the test it was concluded that the web that was built could help process data processing complaints and replace manual recording into digital.
