MENINGKATKAN KECEPATAN LAPORAN PENYAMBUNGAN PELANGGAN PDAM DENPASAR BERBASIS ANDROID
Abstract
The development of mobile applications has become greater lately. Many agencies are
beginning to take advantage of these developments to advance the performance of their companies
both in the office and in the public. The PDAM (a regional water company) is the one of agency
that has begun to develop mobile applications as a tool to increasing clean water distribution for
the general public.
In the distribution of clean water, the PDAM cooperate with many contractors to
installing water. The contractor as a public agent has responsibility for the water installation
process and provide a report about the new customers. The process of sending reports takes a
long time because reports of new customers is on the paper. It causing the PDAM late to collect
the data of new customers.
To overcome this problem, writer developed an Android-based mobile application that is
able to help PDAM receive the report of new customer in real time.
