PENGARUH KONFLIK PERAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN YANG DIMEDIASI OLEH STRES KERJA
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of role conflict on
performance of employees that is mediated by work stress study on the Financial
management of the Agency's employees and assets of the area.This research uses
a quantitative approach with the method of dissemination of the now. The subjects
in this study were in the offices of Agency financial management and assets Area
of yogyakarta.The number of samples that are used as much as 102 respondents
using census methods.Analytical techniques used for this test is the Structural
Equation Modeling (SEM) using software AMOS version 22.
Based on the analysis that has been done then obtained the results that the
influential role conflict negatively to the performance of the employee, the
influential role of positive conflict against work stress, work stress the negative
effect on performance of employees, as well as influential role conflict negatively
to the performance of employees through the mediation of work stress on
employees of the Agency's financial management and assets Area of Yogyakarta.
