dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan manajemen karir berkeadilan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement sebagai variabel intervening. Informasi yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berguna bagi perusahaan sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk lebih meningkatkan employee engagement serta penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional dan manajemen karir berkeadilan didalam Waroeng Spesial Sambal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di empat cabang Waroeng Spesial Sambal area Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diperoleh 120 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan program AMOS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Manajemen Karir Berkeadilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Manajemen Karir Berkeadilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Manajemen Karir Berkeadilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Employee Engagement sebagai variabel Intervening.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe research aimed to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and justiced management of career on employee performance through employee engagement as intervening variable. The acquired information is useful for corporate considerations to increase improving employee engagement more and application of transformational leadership and justiced management of career in Waroeng Spesial Sambal. Sample determined through purposive sampling. The subjects were some employees at four branches of Waroeng Spesial Sambal in Yogyakarta. data collection technique used Questioner and elicited 120 respondents. The data analyzed through structural equation modeling with AMOS Program version 22. Based on data analyze result concluded that transformational leadership and justiced management of career have positive effect and significant on employee performance, transformational leadership and justiced management of career have positive effect and significant on Employee Engagement, Employee Engagement has positive effect and significant on employee performance, transformational leadership and justiced management of career have positive effect and significant on employee performance through Employee Engagement as Intervening variableen_US
