PENGARUH PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN PERSEPSI DUKUNGAN ATASAN TERHADAP KEINGINAN BERPINDAH DENGAN JOB EMBEDDEDNESS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect ofthe effect of perceived organizational
support and perceived supervisor support to turnover intention with job
embeddedness as mediation variables.In this study a sample of 120 respondents
was selected using the purposive sampling method is the selection of non-random
samples based on several criteria. The population in this study were employee
Bank Bri Katamso Yogyakarta. This study processed using Structura Equation
Modeling (SEM) data analysis with AMOS program as its analytical tool. The
data is obtained directly by distributting questionnaries.
The result of this study that perceived organizational support has a
negative effect on turnover intention. Perceived suervisor support has a negative
effect on turnover intention. Perceived organizational support has a negative
effect on job embeddedness. Perceived supervisor support has a negative effect on
job embeddedness. Job embeddedness has a negative effect on turnover intention.
Perceived organizational support has a affect on turnover intention mediate by
job embeddedness. Perceived supervisor supporthas a affect on turnover intention
mediate by job embeddedness.
