| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan memperoleh bukti empiris apakah syariah governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas muzakki. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Lembaga Amil Zakat yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada muzakki yang membayarkan zakat, infaq, dan sedekahnya melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Sebanyak 215 responden digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan program AMOS 22.0 Model Persamaan Struktural.
Pengujian kualitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji konfirmatori faktor analisis dan second order model sedangkan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis model struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel syariah governance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas muzakki, akan tetapi variabel kepuasan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas muzakki. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The research aims to examine and obtain empirical study on the effect of syariah governance implementation toward satisfaction and loyalty of muzakki. The object of this research is Amil Zakat Institute in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Collecting data used purposive sampling method on muzakki who pay zakat through Amil Zakat Institute in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. A total of 215 respondents used as samples in this study. The analysis tool used is structural equation model with AMOS 22.0.
Testing the quality of the data used in this research is a confirmatory factor analysis and second order model, while the hypothesis testing used the structural model analysis. The results of the research showed that syariah governance has a positive significant effect on satisfaction and loyalty of muzakki, while satisfaction is not showing significant effect to the loyalty of muzakki. | en_US |
