The study aims to the influence of education level, work experience, motivation, and the work environment to the quality of financial reporting. The sample in this study are the head of financial, staff of financial, and treasurer on work unit in Provincial Government Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data collected using questionnaires. The sample in research amounted to 79 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 15.0. Based on the result of data analysis shows that education level, and work experience has significant positif effect on the quality of financial reporting. Motivation and the work environment has no effect on the quality of financial reporting on work unit in Provincial Government Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta
