| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran, Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bantul. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang terdapat di Kabupaten Bantul.Subyek penelitian ini terdiri dari populasi dan sampel yang sesuai dengan penelitian yang akan dilakukan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh instansi pemerintah Kabupaten Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala bagian, kepala bidang, kepala subbagian, kepala subbagian dan kepala seksidengan jumlah 5 kuisioner pada setiap OPD, sehingga jumlah keseluruhan responden dalam sampel ini sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Uji asumsi yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Alat analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif partisipasi anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah kabupaten bantul, terdapat pengaruh positif kejelasan sasaran anggaran terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah kabupaten bantul, dan terdapat pengaruh positif komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah daerah kabupaten bantul. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was aimed at finding out the effect of budget participation, budget goal clarity and organization commitment on the performance of the regional government of bantul regency. The object in this study is the Regional Organization (OPD) in Bantul Regency. The subjects of this study consisted of populations and samples that were in accordance with the research that would be conducted. The population in this study were all Bantul Regency government agencies. The sample in this study included the head of section, head of field, head of subdivision, head of subdivision and section headwith 5 questionnairesat each DPO, so the total number of respondents in this sample was 96 people The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire.Test assumptions used were normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis tool uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive influence of budget participation on the performance of Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus, 2) There is a positive influence of budget goal clarity on the performance of Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus, and 3). There is a positive influence of organization commitment on the performance of the Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus | en_US |
