This study was aimed at finding out the effect of budget participation, budget goal clarity and organization commitment on the performance of the regional government of bantul regency. The object in this study is the Regional Organization (OPD) in Bantul Regency. The subjects of this study consisted of populations and samples that were in accordance with the research that would be conducted. The population in this study were all Bantul Regency government agencies. The sample in this study included the head of section, head of field, head of subdivision, head of subdivision and section headwith 5 questionnairesat each DPO, so the total number of respondents in this sample was 96 people The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire.Test assumptions used were normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis tool uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive influence of budget participation on the performance of Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus, 2) There is a positive influence of budget goal clarity on the performance of Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus, and 3). There is a positive influence of organization commitment on the performance of the Bantul Regency Regional Government apparatus
