OPINI MASYARAKAT KOTA YOGYAKARTA TERHADAP TANGGAPAN PADA KELUHAN DI WEBSITE UNIT PELAYANAN INFORMASI DAN KELUHAN (UPIK) TAHUN 2017-2018
Abstract
This study analyzed how the opinion of the people of Yogyakarta city towards complaints and responds on the website UPIK 201702018 on the periods of June. This study aims to find out and describe the opinion each of the peoples of Yogyakarta city towards complaints and responses. Then, describe the factors that influenced the pinion. The theories used in this study are opinion theory which included the understanding, types, processes and factors that influence opinions plus theories about the opinion in new media.
This study used the research method of the descriptive qualitative with the data obtained directly through interviews with 5 peoples as informants who selected with the criteria as informants on the website at least 3 times and they were the people of Yogyakarta city. The data analysis technique was qualitative analysis with the process of testing the validity of the data by using triangulation techniques.
Overall, the result of this research is explaining the informants' action in giving their opinion and describing each informant's opinion. Those opinions are positive and negative. Positive opinions point to the overall response and complaints about replies, content, and the media used. Then the opinionindicated in return than is not in accordance with SOP is a 2x24 hour. The opinionsof every informant rooted in the parception of the beckground, as will as the value held. In actualizing Good Government, pemkot yogya has been fulfilling the 3 principle which are: participation principle, transparency and accountability
