The number of working accidents in indonesia is still high. Citing data from the social insurance Admininistrtion Organization, by the end of 2015 threre were 105,182 working accident cases. Working Safety and Health are two imprtant things. Therefore, all contracting companies are obliged to provide all the equiepment/ personal Protective Equipment (PPEP) for all employees who work. Working safety and Health standar equipment for construction , this equipment must be used by someone who works in a construction development environment because in the process there could be an accident or danger that might occur in the process. Working Safety and Health is the application of a science in an effort to prevent accidents, fires, explosions, pollution, and diseases due to work carried out. The Working Safety and Health Philosophy are thought and effort to guarantee needs and perfection. This research was conducted on building Construction project of the “C” Aisyiyah Yogyakarta Building precisely at the Integrad Campus of UNISA, Jl. Ringroad Barat No. 63, Nogotirto, Gamping, Sleman, Yogyakarta. This is an increasing need for students, limited hand, and high value of land is aphenomenon that is common in almost all major cities in Indonesia. The consequence is vertical development which is a necessity especially for the central area of the city or other potential regions. From the resultsof observation carried out on the field, the risk level values are asfollows: the work of securing obtained an average value of 8,60%, the acquisition work obtained an average value of 7,49% and the casting work obtained an average value of 7,89%
