dc.descriptionThis study aims to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership and Motivation on Performance. The subjects and objects in this study were teachers of Pontianak 1 Muhammadiyah High School, acquired 40 people and 40 questionnaires that could be returned. Data is taken in the form of a questionnaire that refers to the Likert scale. This study uses the Purposive Sampling method. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression, validity test of instruments using corrected item-total correlation analysis and reliability test using alpha croanbach formula. Based on the analysis that has been done, the results show that the Waiter Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Performance can be seen from the results of t test 0,000 α = 0.05 and regression coefficient of 5,262 and Motivation positive and significant relationship to Performance can be used from the t test results α = 0.05, and the regression coefficient is 2.496en_US
dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh Servant Leadership dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja. Subjek dan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak yang berjumlah 40 orang dan kuesioner yang dapat kembali berjumlah 40. Data diambil dalam bentuk kuesioner yang mengacu kepada skala likert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda, uji validitas instrument menggunakan analisis corrected item-total correlation dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan formula alfa croanbach. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dapat diketahui dari hasil uji t 0,000 ≤ α = 0,05 serta koofisien regresinya sebesar 5,262 dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja dapat diketahui dari hasil uji t 0,017 ≤ α = 0,05, serta koofisien regresinya sebesar 2,496.en_US
