PENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY DAN E-TRUST TERHADAP E-SATISFACTION PADA PENYEDIA JASA TRANSPORTASI ONLINE
Abstract
This study aims to discuss the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on e-satisfaction in the online trasnportation service providers. The sampling method used in this study is non probability sampling, specifically, with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this studiy were 102 respondents obtained trough an online survey. Quantitative data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS software. The result of this study proves that e-service quality has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-trust has a significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-service quality has a signiicant effect on e-trust, and e-service quality has an in direct significant influence on e-satisfaction through e-trust as a mediating variable.
