PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN STRES KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING
Abstract
This research is a quantitative research that uses a mathematical model that departs from a theory towards data obtained from an object. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership and Job Stress on Job Satisfaction.
The subjects of this study were employees of the Yogyakarta Employment BPJS. The sampling technique in this study is a census that is data obtained from the total population. Data collection method using a questionnaire containing 20 questions. Respondents in this study were 43 employees. Data analysis using Path Analysis with SPSS version 16.
The results of the study show that Transformational Leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Transformational leadership has a negative effect on Job Stress. Job Stress has a negative effect on the Government. and Job Stress can mediate the influence between Transdromational Leadership on Job Satisfaction.
