PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN TANGGAPAN MASYARAKAT AKAN PERAN TEKNOLOGI
Abstract
This study aims to analyze how far the direct relationship between the
quality of TransJogja services can affect the satisfaction of customers who use
their services. Therefore, the subject of this study is TransJogja users who have
often used transportation services and are considered to have known well how the
current TransJogja services are and what they expect to improve. In addition, it
also provides recommendation to TransJogja to develop technology so that it can
keep up with current developments and competition.
The results of this study are expected to provide answers to the TransJogja
fleet to be able to improve their quality and can change people's perceptions to be
able to switch to the use of public transportation so as to reduce the use of private
vehicles that cause congestion in the city of Yogyakarta.
