This research aims to determine the reasons or objectives of tourists, tourist ratings, and the relationship of factors with tourist ratings. Primary data collection was carried out on 160 consumers in the Kebun Buah Mangunan with accidental sampling technique. The data obtained were analyzed with descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman analysis. The results of the research stated that the reason or the purpose of tourists visiting the Fruit Orchard Mangunan is first to look for photo spots, second to see a view of sunset or sunrise, third to look for fruits and fourth for makrab (Night of Familiarity). The tourist rating of the name "Kebun Buah Mangunan" is in the inappropriate category. Traveler ratings on officers are in the good category. Traveler ratings on offerings are in the complete category. Traveler ratings on Facilities are in the complete category. Traveler rating of HTM (Entrance Ticket Price) is in the cheap category. Rating tourists for comfort is in the convenient category. The rating of tourists for security is in the safe category. The relationship of age factors with tourist ratings on the name "Kebun Buah Mangunan", Officers, Facilities, HTM (Entrance Ticket Price), and security are weak and positive, while the age factor with tourist ratings on offerings and comfort are weak and negative. The relationship of distance factors with tourist ratings of the name "Kebun Buah Mangunan", Officers, Facilities, HTM (Entrance Ticket Price), and Comfort are weak and positive, while the distance factor with the assessment of tourists on offerings and lack of security. The relationship between the form of tourism with the rating of tourists towards comfort is weak and positive, while the form of the tourism factor with the rating of tourists towards the name "Kebun Buah Mangunan", Officers, Presentations, Facilities, HTM (Entrance Ticket Price), and lack of security and negative. The relationship between visiting factor and tourist rating on the name "Kebun Buah Mangunan", Officer, Serving, Means, HTM (Entrance Ticket Price), Comfort and Security are weak and negative.
