EVALUASI PROSPEKTIF DAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI RESPON TERAPI SERTA PROFIL BIAYA PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER (PJK) DI RSUD WATES PERIODE JANUARI – MEI 2019

is seen by the presence or absence of stenosis in the form of chest pain and shortness of breath originating from the process of atherosclerosis. Therapy failure can be influenced by several factors including Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) and lifestyle. In addition to knowing vascular abnormalities in CHD patients can be carried out by the Heart Training Testin CHD patients, a Heart Training Test can be performed. The increasing prevalence of CHD in both workers and the general public in Indonesia is not only detrimental to sufferers because of the high cost of treatment and can reduce work productivity. Therefore this research was conducted with the aim of looking at To find out the patient's response in the form of stenosis symptoms, factors that influence the patient's pharmacological therapy response and to find out the average cost incurred by CHD patients on each outpatient visit at RSUD Wates.
The design of this study used a prospective study. The parameters measured in this study were the presence or absence of stenosis symptoms obtained from patient interviews and the results of ULJ in the form of ischemic response, angina hemodynamic response, arrhythmia, fitness class and record patient data in Medical Records (RM) in the form of doctor's examination and drugs consumed by patients. Besides the pharmacological therapy response factors of CHD patients seen whether or not Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) in the form of drug side effects and lifestyle in the form of smoking factors, physical activity and BMI and the average cost profile issued by patients each outpatient visit in the RSUD Wates. Data is analyzed descriptively which will be presented in the form of a percentage. The number of study samples were all CHD patients who performed ULJ in Outpatient Installation at Wates Hospital who met the inclusion criteria from January to May 2019, with a total of 51 patients.
The results showed that the response that occurred in coronary heart disease patients to pharmacological therapy included symptoms of stenosis (94,12%), consisting of 1 symptom of stenosis (62,75%) and 2 symptoms of stenosis (31,37%). ULJ results consisting of ischemic (+) responses contained 1 patient (1,96%), angina (+) there were 16 patients (31,37%), hemodynamic response (+) there were 0 patients (0%), arrhythmias (+ ) There are 3 patients (5,88%), there is a low fitness class of 30 patients (58,82%). The results of factors that influence the response of pharmacological therapy consist of ADR in the form of drug side effects, there are 10 patients (19,61%) and lifestyle any smoking there are 32 patients (62,75%), most physical activity walking there were 37 patients (72,55%), and BMI in the form of obesity there were 23 patients (45,10%). The results of the average cost incurred by CHD patients on an outpatient visit amounted Rp. 310.000±SD Rp.20.459
