The method of data collection is observation and interviews.Interview done to Akbid officer Ummi Khasanah Bantul DIY.Observations are done directly in the working environment of Akbid Ummi Khasanah Bantul DIY. The results of the observation are a description of the systems and procedures that run on the division of Employee work assessment and related problems in the recording and assessment of employee work. After testing the application, it can be seen that all the functions of the application are running according to the draft that has been created. So the application can process data such as record, save employee data, report data, Podi data, job title, session data, course data.
