PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN AFEKTIF BERORGANISASI IMM FEB UMY
Abstract
The study aims to empirically test the influence of transformational leadership style and communication to the affective commitments of IMM FEB UMY. The subject in this study is a member of IMM FEB UMY. In this study, a questionnaire was distributed with 93 questionnaires using the purposive sampling technique. Data obtained is then processed using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22.0 software
Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of the Transformational leadership style variable significantly positive to the affective commitment and communication variables have significant positive effect on the affective commitments.
