| dc.description | This study aims to examine motivation as a variable mediating the relationship between information technology and employee performance at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital. Information technology is something that companies must pay attention to in order to increase the level of motivation and performance of employees in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital
The sample technique in this study used a population of 64 respondents. The questionnaire was used as a data collection technique in this study. Data analysis methods used are simple regression analysis, multiple regression and path analysis. The results showed that information technology had a positive and significant effect on motivation. Information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation on employee performance has a positive and significant effect. | dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti motivasi sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping. Teknologi informasi adalah hal yang harus di perhatikan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan tingkat motivasi dan kinerja karyawan di dalam RS PKU Muhammadiyah
Teknik sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dan terkumpul sebanyak 64 responden. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian kali ini. Metodeanalisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana, regresi berganda dan path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi.
