PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM TERHADAP HAK-HAK PEKERJA PEREMPUAN DI CHOCOLATE MONGGO GROUP
Abstract
According to data released by the Internasional Labour Organization (ILO), Indonesia in 2013 was included in the five countries that had the laegest number of workers the world.The Datas’s mention the total workforce in indonesia is 52 percent dominated by female workers. With so many female workers / laborers working in the world of work many problems are often felt by female workers / laborers, one of which is the lack of protection carried out by the company. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the Chocolate Monggo Group has fulfilled its obligations to protect the special rights of women workers / laborers that have been regulated in the Manpower Act and to find out what factors are hampering the legal protection of the rights of women workers in Chocolate Monggo Group. The type of research used is Empirical Juridical. Population in this research is Chocolate Monggo Group female workers. The number of samples taken was 15 samples using the Random Sampling technique. In the research results, Chocolate Monggo Group has carried out protection and fulfilled the rights of its workers especially women workers / laborers well and in accordance with applicable laws, but still found several obstacles that occur in the field. The advice given in this research is the need to impose strict sanctions on female workers / laborers in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
