PERAN MODERASI MOTIVASI PADA PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT TERHADAP WORK STRESS DAN KINERJA ( Penelitian di Bank BTN Yogyakarta)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of motivation moderation on the effect of work family conflict on work stress and performance at Bank BTN KC Yogyakarta. The object of this research is Bank BTN Yogyakarta Branch, while the subjects are employees of Bank BTN Yogyakarta Branch. This research uses sampling with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 190 respondents. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed directly to employees of Bank BTN KC Yogyakarta. Data analysis techniques using SEM with AMOS version 22 software. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, showed that work-family conflict has a positive effect on work stress experienced by employees, work-family conflict has no significant effect on performance, work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance , the role of motivation moderation has a significant positive effect on work stress to performance, the role of motivation moderation has a significant negative effect on work family conflict to performance
