OPTIMALISASI KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KEADILAN PROSEDURAL, DAN PELATIHAN: PERAN MEDIASI SELF-EFFICACY
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, procedural justice, and training on employee performance mediated by self-efficacy. The object of this research is RSUD M.Th. Djaman Sanggau Regency, while the subjects are civil servants from RSUD M. Th. Djaman, Sanggau Regency. This data collection search uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 120 samples. Data obtained through questionnaires which are distributed directly to respondents using the Google form application. Data analysis techniques using SEM with AMOS software version 24.00. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that only training that has a significant effect on self-efficacy and self-efficacy has a significant effect on employee performance. The rest of the hypothesis is not significant. Self-efficacy is proven to mediate the role of training on performance.
