ANALISIS PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN TEMPAT BANK MELAYANI (INFORMATION CENTER, LAYOUT & INFRASTRUCTURE) TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH DALAM MEMILIH JASA PERBANKAN SYARIAH (Studi Pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Pembantu Magelang)
Abstract
Banking is a company enggaged in service. In the effort in improving service o a bank, it need infrastructure which support in the service procces given. Banking which is failed in satisying its service, it will complete the complex problem. It is realized that environment holds a role in supporting the officer’s performance in serving costumers and bank’s reputation where someone can work well if the environment is supporting the infrastructure. Desk, chair, and guest room where the officer give service, it will be able to improve the performance. Related to the importance of comfortable environment for the officer and costumers, environment here is environment where the bank serve (Banking Hall Environment). This research iaims to reveal the effect of environment where the bank gives towards the costumer’s decision in choosing the sharia banking service, a study in Indonesia Muamalat Bank Branch Officer Magelang. This research used quantitative approach with primary data. The population of this research was all the costumers of Indonesia Muamalat Bank Branch Officer Magelang, while the sample of this research was costumers of saving and deposit who have particular criteria. The sample collecting technique was using accidental sampling technique and purpose technique. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression. The result of this research is those three variable of the reaearch do not have positive and significant effecttowards dependent variable, information center variable has positive effect but not significant towards dependent variable, layout variable has negative and not significant effect towards dependent variabel, while the infrastructure variable has positive ang significant effect towards dependen variable
