      Abstract
      Merek memiliki arti yang sangat penting dan merupakan aset perusahaan yang sangat berharga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan Brand Awarness, brand association, brand perceived quality rinso dan attack serta hubungannya dengan loyalitas konsumen di UMY. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kesadaran merek menjukkan nilai rata-rata rinso 4,2 lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Attach 3,846667, Asosiasi merk menunjukan nilai rata-rata Rinso 3,892667 lebih tinggi dibandingkan Attack 3,731667.
