dc.description | Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh
gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan,
pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI
Perwakilan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini
65 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive
sampling dimana sampel diambil berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Adapun
kriterianya adalah karyawan yang telah bekerja di Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI
Perwakilan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta selama 3 tahun. Metode
pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada karyawan Badan
Pemeriksa Keuangan RI Perwakilan Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terkait
variabel gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja dan kinerja
karyawan.
Berdasarkan hasil uji T variabel gaya kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir
dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya
kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan
terhadap kinerja karyawan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI Perwakilan Provinsi
Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to determine the empirical evidence about the influence of
leadership style, career development and work discipline on employee performance.
In addition to know the effect of leadership style, career development and work
discipline on employee performance.
This research was conducted on the employees BPK RI Representative
Yogyakarta Province. The number of samples in this studied 65 respondents.
Sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which samples are taken based
on predetermined criteria. The criteria were employees who have worked at
employees BPK RI Representative Yogyakarta Province more than 3 years. Methods
of data collection used questionnaires were distributed to employees BPK RI
Representative Yogyakarta Province related variables leadership style, career
development, work discipline and employee performance.
Based on the T test results variable leadership style, career development and
work discipline has a significant influence on employee performance. While based on
F test showed that the variables of leadership style, career development and work
discipline simultaneous influence on employee performance BPK RI Representative
