PENGARUH MENDENGARKAN BACAAN AL-QUR’AN SURAT AR-RAHMAN DAN TERJEMAHNYA TERHADAP SKOR CEMAS PERPISAHAN DENGAN ORANGTUA PADA SISWI KELAS I MTs MU’ALLIMAAT
Abstract
Currently, there is about 20% of the world population suffer from anxiety and 47,7% teenagers feel worried. Children and teenagers become a group of age that need more attention because of its relation to the risk of developing anxiety disorder in adulthood. One example of uneasiness is separation anxiety disorder, such as in children who study in a boarding school which requires them to live apart from their parents. And a developed method in dealing with anxiety is psycho religious by listening the murottal.
Aims : To discover the effect of listening Al-Qur'an (murottal) surah Ar-Rahman and reading the translation toward anxiety score caused by the separation of the first grader of Mu'allimat Islamic junior high school from their parents.
Methods : This study is a quantitative research with an experimental design which uses the pre test post test with the control group. The data analysis method that used is Paired sample t-Test and Independent t-Test. It uses TMAS (Taylor manifest anxiety scale) as the anxiety measurement.
Result : From this research there is a significant effect on the anxiety scores in the intervention group with the significance value of 0.0001 and there is no significant different in the control group with the significance value of 0.389. Researcher also didn't find a significant difference of anxiety reduction between intervention and control group with significance value of 0.076
Conclusion : Listening of Al-Quran surah Ar-Rahman and reading the translation was not proved to affect the level of separation anxiety scores for the first grader of Mu'allimat Islamic junior high school.
