According to Todaro , development correlates with kinds of economics and non economic factors.. Natural resources are one of the ways to enhance a country`s revenue. Therefore, United Nations initiated a program called MDG`S which then proceeded with SDG`S. In its implementation, Indonesia adopted Nawacita. Indonesia as an archipelago state gives authority for local governments in implementing SDG`S in their regions. Kulon Progo district SDG`S implemented by the government of Kulon Progo distict are : (1) poverty alleviation (3) health and welfare for all (10) reduce inequality. Implemented in poverty alleviation programs are OVOC (One Village One Sister Company), Defense purchase Kulon Progo (Bela Beli Kulon Progo), UC (Universal Coverrage), KAKB (Keluarga Asuh Keluarga Binangun). This study aims to discover the factors that affect the implementation of SDG`S in Kulon Progo district. The objects of this study were poor households in Kulon Progo Distict. The methods used in this study were multiple linier regression analysis and coding analysis. The result of the study showed that the factors that resistor in the implementation of SDG`S in alleveting poverty programs were limited budget, the factors tha supported SDG`S implementation was the government comitment in forms of regulations proponent for SDG`S progams to alleviate poverty. While on of the strategies in implementing the program was integration among SKPD Kulon Progo district.
