Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Effect Of Work Practice Experience, Work Motivation, Academic Achievement And Spiritual Intelligence on Job Readiness
(Empirical Study on College Student of Accredited A Accounting Department in Yogyakarta). The research data in this study were obtained by distributing 120 questionnaires. The sample in this study used a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach. The data were examined using SPSS for Windows version 15.0.
Based on the analysis that has been done shows that the experience of work practice experience have positive and significant effect on job readiness, motivation have positive and significant effect on job readiness, academic achievement have negative effect on job readiness and spiritual intelligence have positive and significant effect on job readiness ,
