      Abstract
      This study aims to improve quality and quality. Sampling method used in this study using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Respondents in this study as many as 100 people / customer service AHASS 1711 Yogyakarta. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis tool, processed through SPSS 22 for Windows. The results of this study proved positive and significant to customer satisfaction, service quality positively and significantly to customer loyalty, positive and significant customer satisfaction to customer loyalty, and service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.
