      Abstract
      The purpose of this study is to examine and find empirical evidence of the influence of ethics of Islamic work, organizational commitment, work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo districts. The population of this study are employees in the accounting and finance section of BMT in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo districts. Sampling in this study amounted to 54 employees. The method used is to use the primary data derived from the questionnaire filling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that Islamic work ethic variable, organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of accounting and finance in BMT in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo districts. While the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance of accounting and finance in BMT in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo districts. Based on this research is expected to become information and input for BMT in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo district either directly or indirectly to pay attention to work environment to become better again.
